Franconia Mennonite Church is seeking a full-time interim pastor to join its pastoral and leadership teams. This pastor will serve in the preaching, discipling, and care ministries of the congregation and will work in cooperation with the two other pastors (pastoral team) and children’s and worship ministries directors (leadership team), as well as the congregational Church Board.

The purpose of this intentional Interim role is to support Franconia Mennonite Church in a season of transition and change in its pastoral leadership. Franconia Mennonite Church is a medium-sized, suburban congregation in Franconia Township, located in northern Montgomery county, in southeastern Pennsylvania with 330 average weekly attendees. The congregation is steeped in history as one of the oldest Mennonite congregations in the United States and passionate about following Jesus in all things. Before calling the next permanent full-time pastor, the congregation looks to an Interim Pastor to assist with preaching, discipling, and pastoral care during this time of transition.
