Ministry in Music
Our worship services are blended in nature with many different people involved in a variety of ways. Solid, engaging, Christ-centered preaching is key to our ministry. While incorporating traditional hymns as well as contemporary music into our Sunday morning services, we emphasize that God looks on our hearts—not what particular style of music we happen to be singing.
Mission moments, children’s lessons, and special music are all incorporated into our services from time to time. A number of special music groups complement our offerings—a women’s trio, a men’s quartet, a mixed choir, and an instrumental ensemble—along with many people being involved in playing piano, guitars, drums, and organ. We strive to engage people’s hearts with times of confession, reflection, and challenge as well as times of praise, engagement, and commitment.
