Pastor of Worship

Franconia Mennonite Church is seeking a full-time Pastor of Music and Worship with a genuine heart for Jesus and ministry to lead and oversee our worship ministries. Working in close collaboration with other church leaders, the worship pastor will plan and provide leadership for congregational singing and worship services and train worship teams—all with the aim of glorifying God through enriching worship. He should be administratively gifted, experienced in both acapella and instrumental worship, and dedicated to a blended worship style. Moreover, he should be a Spirit-led  lover of God’s Word and share a passion for the Gospel from an Anabaptist perspective.
