Pastor Josh concludes the “Church and Politics” series of sermons with a message intriguingly titled “Navigating Faith and Politics in 10 Easy Steps” inspired by Colossians 2:15-20 and James 1:19-20.  We will also meet Helen Eastburn, candidate for Director of Music and Worship.  She will lead our music and singing.  Helen is originally from Harrisonburg, VA, she graduated from Messiah College with a BA in Music in 2013.  She is currently Music Director of a congregation in Titusville, NJ.  She, her husband and two pre-school daughters live in Telford, PA.

We will conclude Sunday’s service by celebrating Communion together.  October 4 is World Communion Sunday when many Christian congregations around the world join in re-enacting the meal of the new covenant in Christ Jesus.
